Re: MusE 2.2 released

I tested this new version last night and so far, its looking good. First DAW I've come across that doesn't crash when I use DrMr Sampler. Tried all the regular LV2's I use and it didn't crash. Good work with this release. Awesome! :) I like to keep things organized with a blank slate. The workaroun...

Thanks guys!

I'm sure it's possible, but more importantly, why would you want to do this?

Re: First impressions of MusE 2.0

I subscribed to the MusE svn list a couple of weeks ago and haven't seen any evidence of native VST support being worked on yet so I was just wondering if any preliminary work has been done yet? You'll gain a fair bit of promotion and lots of bug testing and new feature suggestions from me as soon ...

Re: First impressions of MusE 2.0

I already have Carla which can make sounds, so the sequencer just needs to handle MIDI in a proper way and I'm all set. There are many aspects to making things, not the least the personal satisfaction, so of course you are free to make your own sequencer. Maybe you will even succeed but it seems a ...

Re: First impressions of MusE 2.0

Hi guys, I've already asked falktx about his VST code that he wrote for OOM but he says it wouldn't be much use to MusE. As you know he already runs about 400 differents projects so it'd be a lovely surprise if he decided to do the same for MusE but he's already a very busy man and I expect he would...

Re: Säkert sant, music in swedish

Hi, Thanks for the flowers! I'm quite pleased myself with how it turned out. :) It is somewhat cross genre as you point out, not sure that is entirely a good thing, I had fun doing it though! As to MusE, I'm somewhat biased as I'm one of the developers, it's indeed one of the oldest sequencers but i...

Säkert sant, music in swedish

Hi folks, haven't posted music here before, I hope I found the right place for it. Anyway, I completed a new piece some days ago, as is usual for me it is created with MusE and a bunch of plugins. It's available at http://spamatica.se/periri/ and is called "Säkert sant". Do let me know wha...
